Hokies Snag Another Commitment
According to multiple media sources, Hargrave Military Academy safety prospect Corey Gordon has committed to Virginia Tech. Gordon, who stands 6-3 and weighs 200 pounds, plans to enroll in January for spring practice.
Gordon, who originally hails from Gainesville High School in Gainesville, Florida, will likely play the safety or rover position for the Hokies. He becomes the Hokies 14th commitment of the year.
According to Hargrave Coach Robert Prunty, Gordon was recruited by Florida, Florida
State, and Ole Miss, among others. Gordon had 28 tackles and three interceptions for Hargrave. He will have four years
of eligibility at Tech.
