Rivals.com has reported in the last two days that VT QB target Bill Foran has canceled his VT visit and has eliminated the Hokies (confirmed with quotes from the Foran family). They have also reported that WR target Terrell Golden has committed to Penn State over the Hokies (confirmed by Lake Taylor Athletic Director Bobby Pannenbacker)
