Hokies to Schedule 13th Game for 2002

Barring any unforeseen complications, the Virginia Tech football team will play a 13th regular-season game in 2002. The Hokies are working on a Jim Thorpe Classic preseason game against most likely Tulsa or Arkansas State. The game would be scheduled for August 24th or 25th in Lane Stadium in Blacksburg, giving the Hokies eight home games for the 2002 season.
