DB Roland Minor Verbals to Virginia Tech by Will Stewart, TechSideline.com Both AC Preps and Insiders.com are reporting that H.D. Woodson (Washington DC) cornerback/wide receiver Roland Minor has committed to the Hokies. Minor is a superb athlete with great speed (his coach has said that he runs a 4.2 forty) about whom very little is known at this time. He picked the Hokies over offers from Temple and Penn State. The Hokies are thought to be interested in Minor as a cornerback. Rated as a two-star player by Rivals.com, Minor is Tech's 13th verbal commitment for the 2003 recruiting class.
